The Estimate: Once the estimate is completed it will need to be reviewed and approved by the customer and insurance company if there is an insurance claim. There may be some negotiations on the price and procedures required on the estimate and if it makes sense to make these repairs based on the value of the vehicle. Once everything is agreed upon the vehicle begins the actual repair process.

Parts: All parts needed to complete the repairs are ordered. Once we have all of the parts needed to complete the repair we, the repair process can begin.

Body: In this stage of the repair our steel and aluminum certified technicians begin to replace any exterior panels and metal finishing that is required on the vehicle.

Paint: We use state-of-the-art painting systems to match today's modern factory finishes that incorporate multiple layers of highly specialized paints. We have major investments in our paint systems and constantly upgrade our technology and equipment to ensure we always have a perfect match in color. We use only the finest paints from Akizo Nobel Sikkens.

Assembly: Final moldings and detail pieces are put back on the vehicle in the reassembly area. All the vehicle's systems are inspected for quality during this process. It will also be road tested to ensure that everything is working properly. The vehicle is almost complete and ready for delivery when it is in this stage.

Vehicle Detailed: During the repair process the vehicle may accumulate dust from the repairs and tools used, so we make sure to clean every vehicle repaired at our shop both inside and out. Every vehicle gets hand washed and hand dried, windows cleaned, the interior vacuumed clean and wiped down. A final inspection will assure that the vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition and shiny.

Delivery: Delivery is the last step in the repair process. When the customer arrives to pick up the vehicle, any additional questions are answered and the final paper work and payment is completed. The customer drives away happy, in their vehicle that has been restored back to its pre-accident condition.
